An escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction.

Buyer and Seller agree to terms

Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction with Boehlke Trucking, Inc.

Buyer pays Boehlke Trucking, Inc

The Buyer submits a payment by an approved payment method to our secure account, Boehlke Trucking , Inc verifies the payment, the Seller is notified that funds have been secured ‘In Escrow’.

Boehlke Trucking, Inc ships merchandise to Buyer

Upon payment verification, Boehlke Trucking , Inc sends the merchandise and submits tracking information.

Buyer accepts merchandise

The Buyer has a set number of days to inspect the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it. The Buyer accepts the merchandise.

Boehlke Trucking, Inc pays the Seller

Boehlke Trucking , Inc releases funds to the Seller from the Escrow Account.

Buyer rejects merchandise

The Buyer will be refunded in full amount within 24h, shipping back is free of charge.

Buyer and Seller agree to terms.

2. STEP - FUNDS

Buyer transfers funds to the secure Transpact account. Funds are held in escrow.

3. STEP - DELIVERY

Seller ships goods once funds are in escrow.

4. STEP - PAYMENT

Buyer releases funds after inspecting the goods, and the Seller gets paid.
